These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trustsignalinsights.com (the "Site") and your purchase of the Trust Signal Insights Snapshot ("Snapshot") from Trust Signal Insights ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a Snapshot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Snapshot is a diagnostic report prepared for local small and medium-sized businesses, generated from the business and location information you submit to us. It is intended to give you insight into your business's trust signals and online reputation posture; it is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, ranking, or increase in reviews.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you submit information for. By submitting a business's name, address, or contact details, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Snapshots are purchased through our checkout, with payment processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing checkout, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Your Snapshot is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, sent via our email delivery providers (Resend, with Mailgun as a backup). It's your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it arrive.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, upon request, no conditions attached. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request one.
Your Snapshot is generated based on the business name, website, addresses, and contact information you submit. You're responsible for the accuracy of that information. We are not responsible for a Snapshot's accuracy or usefulness where it was based on incomplete or incorrect information you provided.
The Site, its design, and its content are owned by Trust Signal Insights and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Snapshot is licensed to you for your own internal business use once purchased; you may not resell, redistribute, or represent it as your own work product to third parties without our written permission.
You agree not to submit fraudulent or knowingly false business information, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site, scrape or reverse-engineer the Site, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and Snapshot are provided "as is" and "as available," for informational and diagnostic purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Site or any Snapshot.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Signal Insights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Snapshot. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a Snapshot will not exceed the amount you paid for that Snapshot.
You agree to indemnify and hold Trust Signal Insights harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or business information you submit that you were not authorized to provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [County], California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
