If you're not satisfied with your Trust Signal Insights Snapshot, we'll refund you in full. Simply request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, and we'll process it — no conditions attached.
Email support@trustsignalinsights.com with the email address or order/receipt reference used at checkout. There's no form to fill out and no reason required — just let us know you'd like a refund.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Our standard refund window is 30 days from your purchase date. If you're reaching out after that window, contact us anyway — we'll take a look at your situation and let you know what we can do.
